Andrew Benett

Global CEO of Arnold, Chief Strategy Officer of Havas

Andrew Benett is the Global CEO of Arnold Worldwide and Global Chief Strategy Officer of Havas Worldwide.  His career in marketing spans nearly two decades and includes hands-on experience in almost every marketing discipline and across multiple product and service categories.  He has a unique understanding of marketing gained through work on the client side, in consulting, and for global communications agencies.

Before joining Arnold Worldwide, Andrew was the Co-CEO of Euro RSCG New York and the Global Chief Strategy Officer of Euro RSCG Worldwide.  As Co-CEO of Euro New York, Andrew was responsible for running the flagship office of the global agency network, managing a staff of 600 employees and billings of over $3 billion from key clients including Air France, Charles Schwab, Exxon Mobil, The New York Stock Exchange, Jaguar, Nestle, Kraft Foods, Heineken, Chivas Regal, Reckitt Benckiser, Schering Plough and GlaxoSmithKline.  Andrew also co-led the seamless integration of the digital/CRM agency into the main agency, resulting in one of the largest and fastest growing fully integrated agencies in North America.

Under Andrew’s leadership, the New York agency achieved double-digit revenue growth, fueled by streamlined operations, new talent acquisition, strong organic growth on key clients, and new business wins including Lending Tree, Global Hyatt, Kraft Foods, Chivas Regal, Heineken and The New York Stock Exchange, among others.  Euro RSCG New York also garnered recognition for its work from TIME magazine, the CLIO Awards, The One Show, the AICE Awards, the AICP Awards, the OMMA awards, the prestigious Cannes Lions and the Effies.

Andrew joined Euro RSCG Worldwide in 2004 as Global Chief Strategy Officer.  Andrew was responsible for 250 strategic planners across the network’s 233 offices.  In this capacity, he led the development of strategic content for the network and oversaw proprietary tools and research.

Prior to joining Euro RSCG, Andrew was Executive Director, Strategy and Innovation, at FutureBrand, leading the North American strategy practice.  Andrew began his advertising career at McCann-Erickson in strategic planning.

In 2009, Andrew was named to Crain’s New York Business’s "40 Under 40."  Outside of work, Andrew sits on the Board of Directors of The Make-A-Wish Foundation International. In September, he co-authored the amazon.com bestseller, Good for Business.

Andrew graduated from Georgetown University’s College of Arts and Sciences.  He is married and has two young sons.
