Barb Reilly is a Managing Partner /Executive Director at Arnold Worldwide where she’s worked for 14 years. During this time, among many assignments, she led the charge for the much-talked-about, start-up JetBlue Airways during their first 2 years in operation.  She’s run a group of accounts including Talbots, Pearle Vision, Ocean Spray Cranberries, Gillette as well as financial services business such as Citizens Bank and Huntington Bank.

Barb has also spearheaded a unique discipline within Arnold, called Women’s Insights, a group dedicated to understanding the role women have on influencing in the background and purchasing products and services. For this effort, the agency won an assignment from Katie Couric when she was on the Today Show, to promote awareness of colorectal cancer among women..  She’s also run the agency’s InsideOut Marketing Practice, which was launched to help brands maximize their external efforts by strengthening the internal communications and delivery. For this effort, she’s worked with other top brands like VW, Brown Forman and Strayer University.

Her 30-year advertising/marketing career includes working on both the agency side and the client side, at Ocean Spray and Elizabeth Grady Face First. Over the years, she and her team are the recipients of multiple awards including an Emmy, six EFFIES, a Cannes Lion, dozens of Hatch Awards and an Addy.

She’s been Chairman of the Board of the AdClub, which landed her the Rudder Award for steering the AdClub to two years of solid gains in membership, sponsorship and revenue. She also guest teaches at Babson College’s Graduate School of Management and sits on the American Marketing Association’s EFFIE Steering Committee. She is on the Board of Crescent Ridge Dairy and the American Heart Association’s GO RED for Women.
