Phil Reilly

Managing Partner, Chief Brand Officer

 

Phil has been with Arnold for over 15 years and is a Managing Partner and the Chief Brand Officer for the company. In this role, Phil heads the Account Management and Project Management groups and works to ensure that all of our clients have powerful, creative ideas that are building their brands and growing their business. While Phil oversees all of our accounts, he also works across a number of them, including Progressive Insurance, Titleist, Tyson, Panasonic and Southern Comfort.

Phil, a native Bostonian, began his career at DDB in Chicago in 1987, working in Account Management on brands such as ConAgra, General Mills, Discover Card and Anheuser-Busch. After a wonderful seven years in the Midwest, the lure of family and the Cape finally brought him and his wife back home. Phil joined Arnold in 1994 and gained experience running a mix of local and national brands like BlueCross BlueShield, Bell Atlantic and Digital.

Phil has worn many different hats in his years here at Arnold, including VP, Executive Broadcast Producer. He made an unusual move from Account Management into Production in 1998 and created digital content and TV commercials for Titleist, Pinnacle, Yellow Pages and BigYellow.com, and is especially proud of the award-winning FootJoy “SignBoy” campaign.  

Next, in 2000, Phil helped create and lead Arnold's Digital Group as Director of Interactive Marketing. Phil’s experience in digital business development, operations and new media led to the creation of a new role at Arnold. Phil became SVP, Director of Arnold's Integrated Marketing Solutions in 2001 overseeing the growth and management of Arnold’s PR, Design, Digital, Direct and Promotion capabilities.

In 2003, Phil was asked to lead Business Development across Arnold’s five offices. Over three years he helped to add brands like Timberland, Delta Faucets, Tyson, Progressive, Pearle Vision and ESPN to the Arnold roster…and RadioShack, the largest new business win in New England history.

Phil graduated from Dartmouth College and attends Homecoming and the bonfire every year religiously. He is an avid golfer, loves to boat and resides in Medfield with his wife, Kelly, his three children, Jack, Annie, and Henry, and their golden retriever, Murphy.
