Roger has worked at Arnold for nine years and was recently named one of the MVPs of New England Advertising. He has worked on everything from youth-oriented brands like truth®, ESPN and Activision to CPG and automotive brands. He currently runs the Carnival Cruise Lines business. 

Prior to joining Arnold, Roger worked at Fallon in Minneapolis. Throughout his career, Roger has produced an extensive body of award-winning work that has helped shape brands for clients that include BMW, Miller Lite, Timberland, Nikon, Converse and VW. 

With 15 One Show Pencils, an Emmy, Cannes Lions, Kellys, a Radio Mercury Award and all his other awards, Roger is the most-awarded creative at Arnold. He has judged The One Show, London International, NY Art Directors and others. He’s also the drummer in an Arnold blues band aptly named The Disappointments.
